עודד הועסק במשך כשמונה חודשים כנציג שרות ומכירה פרונטלי במרכז שרות בסלקום. בגלל תחילת שנת הלימודים לא התאפשר להמשיך ולהעסיק את עודד בתפקיד הנוכחי ולכן הוחלט להעבירו לשרות הטלפוני שם יוכל לשלב את המשמרות עם לימודיו. במסגרת תפקידו היה אחראי עודד על מתן שרות ללקוחות החברה וכן כנציג מכירות. התפקיד כלל התמודדות עם עבודה בסביבה ממחושבת והפעלת מערכות CRM ו- ERP. כמו כן התפקיד דרש התמודדות במצבי לחץ ומתן שרות פרונטאלי ללקוחות המגיעים למרכז השרות. וכן עמידה במדדי שרות ומכירה רבים. עודד מילא את תפקידו כראוי ואף מעבר לכך. הוא עמד ביעדי מכירות לא פשוטים ואף עבר אותם, הראה יכולות מכירתיות ושיווקיות וכל זאת תוך כדי שימת לב מלאה לשרות ברמה גבוהה לשביעות רצון הלקוחות. עודד חברותי והשתלב בהצלחה בצוות, עבד ביחד עם עמיתיו לעבודה ותמיד היה נכון לעזור ולתמוך בחבריו.
